Umi Omi is a national capacity-building consulting firm that centers Black, Indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC) and marginalized identity leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs leading social impact businesses or progressive organizations. We utilize deep listening, creativity, and investing in the whole person to shift how we think about leading and stewarding a non-profit or business. We build leaders grounded in our lived experiences, histories, and struggles for our collective liberation.
